How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking 4–6 weeks in advance to ensure availability for your preferred date and photo booth style. Popular dates often fill up months ahead.
What is your service area?
We proudly serve the entire DMV area. For events further afield, travel fees may apply to cover logistics and setup. Give us a call - we are open to travel!
Do you offer custom photo overlays?
Absolutely. Every package includes a unique custom overlay designed to match your celebration's theme, florals, or corporate branding for a truly personalized touch.
How do guests get their photos?
No apps or downloads needed. Guests receive their photos, GIFs, and videos instantly via text, email, What's App, or QR Code for immediate social media sharing. It's easy and quick. The host will also receive a copy of all media following the event and can choose to have the guests to have access to the same.
Do you offer unattended rentals?
Yes, we offer self-serve unattended rentals that are perfect for long-term activations, retail pop-ups, or venues requiring a minimal footprint with remote support.
What if something goes wrong?
We test all equipment before every event to ensure peak performance. We are fully insured and our team is always on standby for technical assistance.
